- If you are not entirely happy with your online purchase this is what you need to do:-
- Pack up your unworn shoes, handbag or item of clothing in the exact box/bag in which they arrived and wrap up tightly.
- In the box/bag include all the original packaging together with your original receipt.
- Fill in the Returns Form included with your delivery.
- Attach our address label which is enclosed.
- Take the parcel to your local Post Office and send it by parcel post. This will allow you to get a ‘Track & Trace’ number which is your proof of return should your return item go missing. We are not responsible for any parcels by you that may be lost in transit.
- All returns must be received within 14 days of delivery.
- We will refund the product price but unfortunately we will be unable to refund any postage costs.
Returns can also be taken back to our store. Please take proof of purchase with you if doing so. We will refund the product price.
If you require an exchange please give us full details of your requirements.
Please be advised that due to the nature of the highly beaded decoration/sequins/jewels of some products, some small beads and trims will become loose during normal wear and tear and are not a manufacturing fault.
Please note that unless the description states otherwise our shoes are not waterproof.
